PEX软件架构师

岗位描述
1.Research, design, and development of innovative solutions to complex problems leading to highly differentiated and high-quality production software.
2.Designing technical and product requirements specifications.
3.Designing interfaces with Primarius and third-party tools to build different flows which include parasitic extraction.
4.Closely work with PE and PV teams to define product requirements, roadmap and product validation strategies.
5.Participate in product documentation process.
6.Designing very efficient data structures and algorithms.
7.Runtime and memory requirements optimization.
8.Designing, developing, debugging and maintaining complex software written in C/C++, taking ownership of specific customers and tool integration issues, communicating status within R&D and to management.
岗位要求
1.MS/PhD in Mathematics/Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. Doctorate or equivalent industrial experience preferred.
2.Deep understanding of parasitic RC extraction techniques is a must, 5+ years EDA experience in parasitic RC extraction or adjacent EDA area.
3.Extensive experience in software engineering, complex C/C++ software development, data structures/algorithms and parallel computing architecture.
4.Good written and spoken English
5.Preferred Experience
•Understanding of post-layout simulation flows, i.e. EMIR, STA etc
•Same or similar position in one of EDA companies.
•Experience with adjacent EDA areas/tools (LVS, post-layout simulation, etc).
•Background in Integrated Circuit Design; VLSI Design and Automation.

1.基于现有自动化建模平台，开发/维护BSIM、PSP等紧凑模型自动化建模策略、方法及流程并维护及提升现有自动化提取流程；
2.对客户进行自动化建模技术支持；
3.对客户自动化建模项目进行评估；

岗位要求
1.微电子/物理相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2.精通半导体器件物理与建模理论；
3. 熟悉BSIM系列模型框架与参数提取流程；
具备以下经验者优先：
1. 有7nm/14nm等先进节点建模或22nm及以上成熟工艺建模经验；
2. 有半导体器件建模工具使用经验；
3. 掌握OMI/Code model接口开发经验；
4. 有HSPICE等仿真工具使用经验；
5. 有Python或其他语言使用经验。

1.理解客户需求，制定模拟设计平台产品电路编辑器和仿真管理环境的要求和标准；
2.在公司内部建立实际案例，帮助团队快速理解需求及其应用场景；
3.协助指导研发或者测试完成产品开发工作；
4.面向客户或者技术支持，编写相关教程文档，并负责产品相关培训。
岗位要求
1.微电子、电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业统招硕士及以上学历；

1.与开发紧密沟通，测试产品原型，验证产品功能，提升产品品质

岗位要求
1.电子微电子，半导体等相关专业本科及以上学历，本科5年以上工作经验，硕士3年以上工作经验，对于仪器设备，硬件产品，电子电路的新产品导入和生产转化，质量验证等工作有扎实基础；
